  My fiancé and I bought a ring from there. After two months of having it, 8 diamonds fell out, out of 40 diamonds. I went in to have them fix the missing diamonds.
  After three months later and still no ring!
  they said we have no proof of us giving the ring to fix the diamonds.
  
  When I went in that day to get it fixed there was only one person there, that I saw, and he never gave me ANYTHING to show proof that we gave it to them. I didn't know we needed anything like that? This is my first time getting a ring how am I supposed to know that.
  
  Well come to find out they don't have our 6,000 dollar ring. And we STILL HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON IT when it was their fault for not doing their job and on top of that losing it!
  
  We asked to look back through the cameras and they said, "oh, I am sorry our cameras don't go back that far."
  Like what??! Are you kidding me?
  We are getting a lawyer and we will get our ring back!!
  
  Do not go there! I don't want people going through what my fiancé I are going through! We will never buy from Rodgers and Holland again.
