  The manager Kevin is so helpful! The alton store has messed up my ring FOUR times to the point that I didn't even have the same ring my husband proposed with. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure my ring was fixed exactly how I wanted it and made sure it was back before my wedding. It's very hard to find excellent customer service anymore, but he was truly excellent.

  Called in to check whenever a cleaning was due for a ring that I purchased and they said that it's up to the customer to know whenever that is supposed to occur, whenever they can look it up for me and I don't remember the exact month that I purchased it.
