  I am happy at Park Terrace. There are issues here, just like there would be at any complex. However, Management works diligently to resolve and that is what is most important. The community could stand to be updated to be considered a true Luxury environment, but I am sure they will take care of this soon. If not, they at least allow you to do decorate your unit to meet expectations.

  I just recently moved to park terrace and what can I say so far it’s been a great experience. My neighbors are all very nice and the staff that I’ve met have done everything they can to help me with any problems that I’ve had. If you are looking for a nice size apartment in a great location look no further.
