  We got my fiancé’s wedding band here. We ordered something that was in the case but in a different size. When it came in, it was not the same ring. We tried to return it because we were unhappy with it. They told us because we ordered it in a different size, it was custom and thus non-returnable. Please spend your money somewhere better.

  I have had my ring for 9 years. I had work done on my rings picked it up yesterday after them “fixing” my ring. A diamond fell out of the halo. It is hard for me to believe that this was properly fixed and all of a sudden a diamond is lost. I did talk to one person on the phone when it happen and he was very rude. I went into the store. Bill who helped us pick out the ring was the one who helped with this situation. He took care of us to get this problem fixed quickly. Although the guy was not the nicest one the phone Bill made up for it.
