  I called about 2 weeks ago and schedule an appointment for that Thursday at 12:30 and was promised a deal for the cost being only $49. I go in for my appointment to juse get a front end tire alignment to find they had scheduled someone else to the exact same time frame as mine. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled to the following week on Wednesday at 10:30 am. So I go in and get all set up and stood there for a good 30 min before finding the actual waiting room(no help from the staff who were to busy making fun of each other for not knowing how a phone works). And so I sat there for about an hour when one of the assitance comes and tells me that they are going to have to change a part out for them to so even do the alignment and the new total was going to be $177 dollars. Now I thought that was a pretty big jump for just an extra part but I said to go ahead(sense it had already been 3 weeks that I have needed this alignment). By now it was approximately 12:30 and I still haven't heard a single word from them (mind you I'm the only customer) then in comes the janitorial lady who actual had the decency to turn on the TV so I was no longer juse sitting staring at the wall. And finally 2pm rolls around and the lady at the desk comes and says she can check me out now so I go and pay and go on my way. Well when I get home I check out all the papers she gave me. Not only does it say that my car was realized almost an hour before I was even told I could check out(1:14pm) but the price of the original alignment was now $90!!! If I would have known that I was going to be paying that much I would have went to midas who have worked on my cat before and a front end alignment only cost $60. I personally will never be returning and I hope that none of you will either!
