  This was my second experience with this location and the first time was a much better experience than my second for sure. Went in for my annual exam to see if my prescription had changed and after taking the eye glasses exam the Dr. tells me that it did not change so I wanted to order some contact lenses and I was told that she wouldn't order them until I paid another $89 for a contact lens exam... Now I don't understand one how if my prescription didn't change why would I have to pay another $89?? OK so I pay the $89 because she tells me that she needs to make sure the "fit" will be OK and with the exam you get to try several different kinds of lenses. OK I buy into this process and as I get my bag and the lenses she has me "trying" are the exact ones that I had been wearing so being confused I tell her that I already know these are OK because they are the exact ones I was wearing and I am told that she will order 3 other kinds for me to try out and see if I like them or not and I said ok but now its 3 weeks later and I have never been given any other "trial" lenses and I keep calling but still nothing. I feel I was lied to just to pay the $89 and I will never be back to this place again.
