  I can only speak for the location in Fairview Heights - the service is lacking to say the least. On top of that I have just spent the last hour trying to make phone contact with this location and nobody has answered the phone. It's the middle of the afternoon...not first thing in the morning or at closing time...middle of the afternoon. Not only will I not to banking here any longer nor will I accept checks from anyone from this bank. I'm sorry to be so harsh but in this day and age there is no excuse for this kind of service.
