  Nice, clean and big room. Especially for the price. We had a great stay. Wish we could've stayed longer. Plus plenty of restaurants and stores close by. I would definitely stay here again if I was back in the area.

  Customer service is excellent! Location is very convenient. The rooms are nicely decorated and are open making it feel like it's larger than it actually is. The snack and drink store concession is very convenient. The jacuzzi tub was an awesome bonus. Having said that, my rating is fairly generous because the aforementioned details made up for the dismal housekeeping or lack thereof I should say. I'm not going to list all of the disgusting details but in general my advice to the cleaning staff and the supervisor would be to move a couch and clean under it or take a quick mop under the bathroom counter. And for the love of God, wipe down a freaking lamp shade. If the other attributes hadn't been so exceptional then the poorly cleaned room would have been enough for me to rate this hotel a -1 star. Thank-you to the kind lady at the front desk who had just started working there. She made the entire trip pleasant just by having top notch customer service skills. Kudos girl! Housekeeping - I realize you have the most underpaid and underappreciated job but that doesn't mean you need to underperform. Could always be worse.

  Great clean room, great breakfast and beds we're comfortable. We are disappointed that our family couldn't enjoy the pool because it was burning our eyes so bad after 15 min we had to leave. I could also feel it in my lungs once we had left the pool room. This was the main reason we booked because of the pool. I respectfully told the front desk and she said there is an automatic system that controls the chemical; which I felt was a blow off. They were a great staff bit I do believe it is a problem with ventilation not necessarily chemical. There were other complaints of this while we were having breakfast. I see now that there are reviews from November (4 months before our stay) stating the same issue with burning their eyes in pool room.
